Guidance and Support in Times of Grief

Grief Support

Grief is a natural response to loss, and everyone experiences it differently. There is no right or wrong way to grieve, and healing takes time. You may feel sadness, confusion, anger, exhaustion, or moments of peace. All of these feelings are normal. You are not alone.

Support When You Need It

Grief does not end after the service. Support can help you better understand your emotions and find comfort along the way.

Helpful Grief Resources

We have provided grief support links to offer comfort, guidance, and helpful tools, including:

  • Understanding grief

  • Support for individuals and families

  • Counseling and support groups

  • Ways to cope and honor memories

You may visit these resources at your own pace and return to them whenever needed.

Children’s Corner

Children experience grief in their own way and may express it through behavior, emotions, or play. It is important to reassure children that their feelings are normal and that they are loved and supported.

Resources in this section include:

  • Age-appropriate explanations of loss

  • Books, videos, and activities for children

  • Guidance for parents and caregivers

These tools are designed to help children express their feelings and begin healing.
