MR. RICHARD WATERS was born in Sumter County, Georgia on March 12, 1936 to the parentage of the late Mr. Richard Walton and the late Mrs. Rosie Lee Bell Walton. For many years he was employed worked with Charles Wheatly Construction Company.

He leaves to mourn his passing, one son, Mr. Sammy Brown and friend Ms. Suzette Richardson; two daughters, Mrs. Lorraine (LC) Lassiter and Ms. Gloria Postell and friend, Mr. Calvin Harvey; two sisters, Mrs. Mamie (Colenton) Rucker and Ms. Mary (George) Dollar; seven aunts, including a devoted aunt, Mrs. Annie M. Mack; six grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, one great grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends also survive.
