MS. ANNIE SAINTIL was born in Sumter County, Georgia on September 5, 1937 to the parentage of the late Mr. Pete Sims and the late Mrs. Memphis Burns Sims. She received her education in the public schools of Sumter County. She moved to West Palm Beach, Florida early in life and was employed by the Royal Hotel. She dedicated her life to Jehovah and was baptized on July 2, 1988 as a Witness in the Jehovah’s congregation. Nook, as she was affectionately called was married to Mr. Andre’ Saintil. In 2006, Nook moved back to Americus, Georgia, where she continued to enjoy her faith, family and new friends. She would entertain them with her delightful meals. Her hobbies included, cooking, traveling and sewing. She is preceded in death by her only child, Mr. Willie James Sims; a brother, Mr. Pete Sims, Jr. and a sister, Mrs. Fannie Bridges.
