MS. TONYA DENISA JORDAN

 

Ms. Jordan was born in Americus on August 29, 1965 to Mr. Willie B. Porter and Ms. Inez Jordan. She received her early education in the public schools of Sumter County and was graduated from the Essex County Vocational School in Newark, NJ in the class of 1983. She continued her education at Georgia Perimeter College, graduating with an associates degree in Nursing Assistance. She was employed with Bank of America in Atlanta as a fruad analyst. She was a member of the Greater Piney Grove Baptist Church in Decatur, GA.

In addition to her parents, she leaves to cherish her memory, 5 sisters: Sonya Jordan (twin sister), Tameka (Reginald) Smith, Jacqueline Sanford, Ebony Porter and Jacquelyn Porter; Ricky (Jacinta) Floyd, Jerry (Tara) Enoch, Bernard (Zakiyyah) Sanford, and Wille Porter, Jr.; 2 aunts, Gloria Simpson and Annie Streeter Jordan (David) Thomas; 3 uncles, John (Tommie) Jordan, Thomas (Juliette) Jordan and Archie Porter, Jr.; a host of other relatives and friends also survive.
