Mrs. Jennifer Foster Tullis was born on February 6, 1966 to the parents of the late Ms. Julia Foster and the late Mr. John Washington. At an early age, she joined the Antioch Baptist Church. She received her education in the public schools of Sumter County and was a graduate of Americus High School, where she played basketball. She was employed by Tri-Wood Manufacturer. On August 15, 2003, he was joined in Holy Matrimony to Mr. Clarence Tullis. She is preceded in death by a brother, Mr. Leon Foster.


           She leaves to cherish her memories her husband, Mr. Clarence Tullis, Americus, GA; her daughter, Mrs. Chelsea (Minister Emanuel) Tullis-Robinson, Americus, GA; her brother, Mr. Larry Foster and sister, Ms. Laura Foster both of Americus, GA; her mother-in-law, Ms. Catherine Sims, Americus, GA; her grandmother-in-law, Ms. Thelma Solomon, Americus, GA; her brother & sister in-laws, Mr. Ellis “Tim” Wilson and wife Ruby, Mr. Bernard Green and friend Dorothy, Ms. Amy Green, Mrs. Stacey (Rev. Jamica) Sims-Kelly all of Americus, GA, Mr. Michael (Sharon) Sims, Byron, GA, Mr. Marvin (Melissa) Tullis, Warner Robins, GA, Mr. Jerome (Renee) Ware, NC and Mr. Clifford (Sharon) Ware, Columbus, GA; and a host of nieces, including devoted nieces, Ms. Tamieka Foster and Ms. Potia Taylor, nephews, including devoted nephews, Mr. Roderic Williams, Mr. Marlon Davis, cousins, including devoted cousins, Minister Helen Smith, Ellaville, GA other relatives and friends, including devoted friends, Ms. Sebrina Ingram-Hayes, Warner Robins, GA and Mrs. Emma (Wendell) Bryant, Americus, GA also survive.
