MRS. HATTIE MAE SEAY CAESAR was born in Schley County, GA on January 26, 1946 to the parentage of the late Mr. Isomes Seay and the late Mrs. Mamie Lou Moore.  She attended the public schools of South West Georgia before moving to Hartford, Conn. where she graduated from the Hartford High School.  She worked for many years for the Atena Insurance Company in Hartford.  She was married to Mr. Jimmy Caesar.  She is preceded in death by her siblings, Willie Seay, Isaiah Seay , Eva Lou Watkins and Clyde Seay.
