MRS. OZIE BETTYE INGRAM-ALLEN was born in Sumter County, Georgia on February 9, 1948 to the parentage of the late Mrs. Essie Hill Ingram and Mr. Willie B. Ingram of Belle Glade, FL.

In addition to her father, she leaves to mourn her passing, three brothers, Mr. Willie B. Ingram, Jr., Mr. Timothy (Diane) Ingram and Mr. Daron Ingram; five sisters, Ms. Sheilean (Bobby) Pinkney, Ms. Loretta (Ronnie) Booth, Ms., Lenora Ingram, Ms. Debra Johnson and Ms. Stacie Ingram; one aunt, Ms. Lillie Pearl Hightower; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends also survive.
