MR. TOMMY LEWIS was born in Sumter County, Georgia on May 26, 1951 to the parentage of the late Mr. Ralph Lewis and the late Mrs. Eddie Lee Bateman Lewis.

He leaves to mourn his passing, two daughters, Mrs. Michelle (Charles) Townes and Ms. Crystal Payne; step-daughters, Mrs. Janet (Anthony) Griffin, Mrs. Lisa (Jamele) Cross and Mrs. Yolander (Kelly) Fletcher; four brothers, Mr. Eddie (Patricia) Lewis, Mr. Robert Lee (Dorothy) Lewis, Mr. Ralph (Shirley) Lewis, Jr. and Mr. Ernest Lewis; three sisters, Ms. Loretta Lewis, Ms. Minnie Lewis and Ms. Bobbie M. Strowbridge; four grandchildren; nine step-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends also survive.
