MR. ANDREW MERCER was born in Sumter County, Georgia on January 1, 1956 to the parentage of the late Mr. Rufus Fuller and the late Mrs. Leanna Mercer Clark. He attended the public schools of Sumter County.

He leaves to mourn his passing, one brother, Mr. Samuel (Josephine) Mercer; his aunt and uncle, Mrs. Hattie Jones and Mr. Henry Thomas; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends also survive.
