MRS. SARAH McGARRAH was born in Sumter County, Georgia on May 25, 1942 to the parentage of the late Mr. Jimmie Lee Dice and the late Mrs. Francis Dowdell Dice. She was a member of the Perry Grove Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by two sisters, Ms. Jewel Reese and Ms. Katie L. Floyd and two brothers, Mr. Willie Lee Dice and Mr. J.C. Dice.

She leaves to mourn her passing, her husband of 42 years, Mr. Johnny B. McGarrah; one son, Mr. Roosevelt Dice; one sister, Ms. Bobbie Lou Player; two brothers, Mr. Henry Lee Dice and Mr. John L. Dice; her mother-n-law, Ms. Amy McGarrah; her brothers & sisters-in-law, Mr. Tommy (Thelma) McGarrah, Mr. Frank (Pearl) McGarrah, Mr. BEn McGarrah, Ms. Betty McGarrah, Ms. Dolly M. Andrews and a devoted sister-in-law, Mrs. Bertha Dice; two grandsons, Mr. Travis (Victoria) Thomas and Mr. Tyler Delon Dice; one great granddaughter, Ms. Taliyah Thomas; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends also survive.
